Fixed Crew Manager

Oversee and provide support, coaching, and direction to all Fixed Crew ambassadors at the Sherman St. facility while ensuring management delivers clear and effective guidance. Achieve department goals and objectives by completing administrative tasks, approving payroll, and tracking product disbursement in conjunction with Dispatch. Coordinate product movement, manage warehouse organization with the Transportation department, and ensure quality standards align with the Fixed Crew Training Manual. Maintain adequate staffing, assist with new site openings, and oversee department planning and budgeting. Adhere to all safety regulations and company guidelines while supporting offsite training and production needs.
