Fixed Assets Analyst

Job Summary
As a Fixed Asset Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and executing activities related to the fixed asset cycle, including month-end closing activities, creating CAPEX trackers, and executing physical and remote inventories across all PPG locations in the United States and Canada. You will need to address audit requirements and update internal controls. Essential qualifications include a degree in accounting/finance or equivalent skills, 2 years of experience in fixed assets, and knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (US GAAP). Familiarity with Excel and ERP systems (preferably SAP or Oracle) is also required.
Required Qualifications
- Education in accounting/finance (High-school or University degree) or accounting skills
- 2 years of experience in fixed assets
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (US GAAP)
- Knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, functions)
- Knowledge of an ERP system (SAP or Oracle would be an advantage)
