Job Summary
Lead, develop, and coach the Fixed and Intangible Asset accounting team across INNIO Group HQ and subsidiaries; ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, oversee capitalization of CAPEX, review journal entries and reconciliations, drive governance and continuous improvement, support audits and risk management; requires IFRS/GAAP expertise, ERP (Oracle), strong analytical and communication skills; fluent Hungarian and English.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and people management
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and asset capitalization principles
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) and MS Office, Excel
- Fluent Hungarian AND English knowledge
