Manage the full lifecycle of assets from planning and acquisition through disposal, optimize asset utilization, and support capital expenditure forecasting across multiple locations. Lead the Fixed Assets team, including training, performance management, and succession planning, while establishing internal controls and improving systems using ERP platforms like SAP and Oracle. Provide analysis and reporting that supports financial statements, audits, and management decision-making.
