Job Summary
Decorate cakes and desserts to meet company standards and customer specifications using icing, piping, fondant, and airbrushing; produce display cakes and specialty items to enhance visual appeal; maintain quality, freshness, and presentation; provide personalized customer service and recommendations; ensure orders are completed accurately and on time; follow food safety, labeling, and storage procedures; assist with bakery production tasks and maintain clean, organized decorating stations; manage decorating supplies and minimize waste while supporting merchandising efforts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cake decorating experience required
- Strong artistic ability and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
