Job Summary
Analyze and investigate customer and transactional data to identify and confirm suspicious activity. File SARs and CTRs with regulatory agencies for escalated activity involving Pathward accounts and services. Maintain service levels with workload in accordance to policies, procedures, and compliance standards while answering inbound and outbound calls for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries. Manage daily workload and uphold Production, Quality, and Leadership results for assigned workstreams. This role supports Pathward's purpose of creating financial inclusion by removing barriers to financial access.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Typically requires less than one year of related experience
- Attention to detail
- The ability to manage daily workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self Sufficient and well organized with support
