Job Summary
Engage Home Depot customers and professional contractors in meaningful product conversations to demonstrate features of Fittes' premium vent covers. Recommend appropriate products based on customer projects, ensure displays remain clean and merchandised, and maintain adequate inventory while communicating stock concerns. Capture visit information using reporting tools and provide product feedback from interactions. Build relationships with Home Depot associates and Pro Desk teams while representing both Fittes and Channel Partners professionally. This role involves servicing one or two store locations during morning hours between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., with Fridays available for training or special events.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Access to a smartphone with dependable internet service
- Punctuality and dependability
- Ability to consistently support early morning shifts
- Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, talk, and/or hear
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 10 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to occasionally crouch, lift overhead, bend over, kneel, push, or pull
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales or customer service experience
- Home improvement or construction knowledge
