Job Summary
Engage Home Depot customers and professional contractors in meaningful product conversations to demonstrate features of Fittes' premium vent covers. Recommend appropriate products based on customer projects, maintain clean and organized displays, and manage product inventory. Capture visit information using reporting tools and provide market insights from interactions. Build relationships with store associates and Pro Desk teams while representing both Fittes and Channel Partners professionally. This role involves early morning shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., with one or two store locations depending on territory assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Access to a smartphone with dependable internet service
- Punctuality and dependability
- Ability to consistently support early morning shifts
- Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, talk, and/or hear
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 10 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to occasionally crouch, lift overhead, bend over, kneel, push, or pull
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales or customer service experience
- Home improvement or construction knowledge
