Job Summary
Disassemble, assess, and reassemble blower vacuum pumps and rotary valves while making accurate measurement readings and replacing key components based on initial inspection notes. Perform repairs on a variety of blower and pump systems using metrology equipment and machine drawings, then complete maintenance records and reports accurately on paper and via tablet. This fully site-based role in Hanwell requires a recognised apprentice or vocational qualification, experience with machine tools, and adherence to safety protocols. You will work with excellent mechanical coordination and attention to detail to support Industrial Blower Services' growth as a leading blower specialist.
Required Qualifications
- Recognised apprentice or vocational training qualification
- Experience of working with machine tools and/or mechanical assemblies
- Working knowledge of safety protocols
- Excellent coordination and mechanical skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and safety
- Self-motivation and the ability to be pro-active
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to lift up to 25Kg and perform repetitive tasks
- Fully site based
