Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain earthmoving machinery, attachments, and auxiliary hydraulic systems while installing and calibrating electrical control components. Perform wiring, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical malfunctions to optimize equipment efficiency and reliability. Monitor parts availability, replenish supplies, and supervise inspection activities as needed. Work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility for overtime and travel to meet project demands. Maintain detailed installation documents and service records to ensure accurate and compliant execution of tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Suitable certification or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar work environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent diagnosis and fault-finding abilities
- Ability to work unsupervised while maintaining high standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Pride in work and company vehicle
- Flexibility to work overtime and travel as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in hydraulics, including knowledge of hydraulic hose and fittings
