Job Summary
Fit parts in sub-assembly and complete heat exangers safely per standards while reviewing engineering drawings prior to manufacturing operations. Gather materials per job assignment and perform necessary layout per prints. Complete operator inspections and maintain clean, safe work areas. Respectfully maintain effective working relations with co-workers and participate in company programs including QS, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. Notify supervision regarding machinery outages, replacement parts, and supply orders. Work in other production areas as required and follow all rules, procedures, and daily standard work. High school diploma required; preferred 1-3 years ASME Code Fabrication experience.

- Basic understanding of heat exchanger terminology
- Fundamentals of manufacturing processes and safety
- Ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts

- Up to 50 lb maximum lifting
- 10–25 lb frequently lifting
- Lift range: Floor to 66 inches (commonly to 36")
- Push/Pull: Up to 25 lb maximum
