Job Summary
Fitter/Welder on 2nd shift responsible for welding and fitting components per blueprints, achieving AWS and CWB certifications, reading blueprints, measuring, aligning parts, operating welding and cutting tools, and maintaining safety and continuous improvement practices.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ year experience welding and fitting in a production environment or valid welding certification
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Ability to obtain and maintain CWB and AWS welding certification
- May require ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a continual basis
