Job Summary
Conduct member training sessions and motivate clients on the gym floor while managing studio operations. Lead consultation and sales conversations to guide prospects from initial contact through their first training session. Schedule appointments by phone and support the team in acquiring new members. Ensure members feel welcome and well-informed throughout their journey. Work in a growing family-owned fitness club in Schwegenheim, offering flexible full-time, part-time, or minijob options.
