Job Summary
Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF group fitness program, creating and following the schedule while instructing members on proper equipment use. Consult with members regarding fitness goals, design simple workout programs, and promote class sign-ups creatively. Create bi-weekly exercise updates and meet class requirements based on club size and traffic. Assist front desk activities by answering phones, checking members in, handling new sign-ups, taking tours, and updating account information. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and appearance throughout the shift.
