Job Summary
Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF group fitness program, including creating workout schedules and instructing members on proper equipment use. Design simple fitness programs for new members, create bi-weekly exercise updates, and promote class sign-ups creatively. Assist front desk activities by answering phones, checking members in, handling new sign-ups, taking tours, and updating account information. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to leadership as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and appearance while meeting class requirements based on traffic. Requires Planet Fitness trainer certification, strong communication skills, and a passion for fitness. Full-time non-supervisor role with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, free membership, and advancement opportunities.
