Job Summary
Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF group fitness program, including creating and following the schedule. Consult with members regarding their fitness goals, instruct them on proper equipment use, and create bi-weekly exercise updates. Promote class sign-ups creatively while meeting class requirements based on club size and traffic. Assist in front desk activities by answering phones, checking members in, handling new sign-ups, taking tours, and updating account information. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues as needed. Maintain the club's cleanliness and appearance. Requires Planet Fitness trainer certification, strong communication skills, and physical stamina for standing and walking 75% of the shift.
