Job Summary
Design and implement individualized exercise programs for Planet Fitness members based on experience, medical background, and personal goals. Develop and deliver safe, effective programs suitable for apparently healthy individuals or those with medical clearance, while providing superior customer service and ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience. Role requires continual standing/walking, frequent talking with members and potential members, ability to lift 45+ pounds, and the capacity to train at all fitness levels. Certification from NASM/ACSM/ACE/NCSF/NSCA/ISSA or WITS is preferred (reimbursement available); if not certified at hire, must obtain certification within 6 months. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift 45+ pounds
- National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) accredited certifications such as: NASM, ACSM, ACE, NCSF, NSCA, ISSA and/or WITS (discounts and reimbursement available) or be willing to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
- Desire and capacity to train at all fitness levels
