Job Summary
Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF group fitness program by creating workout schedules and instructing members on proper equipment use. Design simple fitness programs to assist new members in achieving their goals and create bi-weekly exercise updates. Promote class sign-ups creatively while meeting class requirements based on club size and member traffic. Assist front desk activities including answering phones, checking members in, processing new sign-ups, and taking potential members on tours. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and appearance. Requires fitness trainer certification, strong communication skills, and a passion for fitness. Full-time non-supervisor role with comprehensive benefits including free membership and health insurance.
