Job Summary
Create a class schedule for members, including Orientation and DYOP. Proactively engage with members on the club floor, instructing them on safe equipment use and supporting their fitness journeys. Perform prospective member calls and tours to assess needs and offer Trainer services. Greet members and guests, answer phones, and conduct comprehensive walks of all fitness areas to address issues quickly. Regularly clean and sanitize exercise equipment, Black Card spa amenities, and restrooms while upholding club policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Nationally Certified Training Certificate required
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
