Job Summary
Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF group fitness program, creating schedules and instructing members on proper equipment use. Design simple workout programs to assist new members in achieving fitness goals and promote class sign-ups creatively. Manage front desk activities including answering phones, checking members in, handling new sign-ups, and updating account information. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to Team Leads or Club Managers as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and appearance while meeting class requirements based on member traffic. Full-time non-supervisory role with health, dental, and vision insurance, plus free membership for self and one family member.
