Job Summary
Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF group fitness program, creating and following the schedule while instructing members on proper equipment use. Consult with members regarding their fitness goals, design simple workout programs, and create bi-weekly exercise updates. Promote class sign-ups creatively and meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic. Assist front desk activities by answering phones, checking members into the system, handling new member sign-ups, taking tours, and updating account information. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, elevating issues to Team Lead, MIT, or Club Manager as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and appearance. Requires completed fitness trainer certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand and walk 75% of the shift.
