Job Summary
Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF group fitness program by creating workout schedules and instructing members on proper equipment use. Design simple fitness programs for new members, create bi-weekly exercise updates, and meet class requirements based on club size and traffic. Assist with front desk activities including phone inquiries, member check-ins, new member sign-ups, and prospective member tours. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed. Work four days a week in an approximately 16-hour schedule. Requires nationally certified training certificate and CPR certification.

- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations.
- Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
- Current CPR Certification required. (may complete after hire)
- Nationally Certified Training Certificate required.
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and alone during shifts as business needs require.
