Fitness Supervisor

Fitness Supervisor responsible for leading gym operations at Zephyrs Fitness. Duties include answering members with high-level customer service, developing marketing and social media materials for the gym, addressing member and employee issues, overseeing facilities attendants, maintaining gym standards for cleanliness and operations, cleaning equipment and restrooms, and making smoothies at the Power Bar. The role emphasizes interaction with people, leadership, and a willingness to perform cleaning and laundry tasks, within a 24/7 fitness facility with benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, counseling reimbursement, wellness program, continuing education reimbursement, and a 401K with up to 7% match.
