Job Summary
Fitness Sales Team Member at FITWORKS responsible for promoting a high-energy, fast-paced environment, driving membership and wellness-service sales, and handling front-of-club member services. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales indicators for membership, personal training, and rehab/wellness solutions; outbound and inbound prospecting via phone, email, and text; assisting in sanitation and inventory tracking; and contributing to a clean, welcoming club atmosphere. Ideal candidates are energetic, solutions-oriented, multitaskers who are coachable and have some sales experience.
