Job Summary
Fitness Sales Specialist who drives outbound outreach, sets free-trial/consultation/workout appointments, and guides prospects into the right training program to convert leads into memberships. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective athletes, respond quickly to inquiries, maintain CRM notes, and consistently hit sales targets in a high-energy, growth-minded team environment. Responsible for outbound calls/texts, rapid response to inbound inquiries, appointment setting, and recommending appropriate training programs to meet individual goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience (inside sales, membership sales, or similar)
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and follow-up
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Organized and disciplined with lead management
- High energy, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Customer service experience (fitness industry a plus, not required)
