Job Summary
Fitness Sales Specialist responsible for outbound outreach, appointment setting, and converting leads into committed members. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective athletes, making outbound calls/texts, setting free trials/consultations/workouts, responding quickly to inquiries, guiding prospects through the sales process, and maintaining CRM notes. Requires 1+ year sales experience, comfort with high-volume outreach, and ability to consistently hit sales targets. Opportunity to grow with a nationally expanding fitness brand and develop through ongoing training. Location: Fort Worth, TX on-site.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience (inside sales, membership sales, or similar)
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and follow-up
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Organized and disciplined with lead management
- High energy, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Customer service experience (fitness industry a plus, not required)
