Job Summary
High-energy Fitness Sales Specialist responsible for outbound outreach, appointment setting, and converting leads into committed members. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective athletes, making outbound calls/texts, setting appointments for free trials/consultations/workouts, and guiding prospects through the sales process to membership. Maintain CRM notes, hit daily/weekly/monthly targets, and tailor training program recommendations to individual goals. Requires 1+ year of sales experience, comfort with high-volume outbound calling, strong communication skills, and an organized, goal-oriented mindset. Flexible work-from-home options available with Beaverton, OR as a primary location.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience (inside sales, membership sales, or similar)
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and follow-up
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
