Job Summary
The Fitness Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for Private Training and Supplements by owning monthly sales targets, leading fitness tours, presenting training options, and closing training-package sales, while ensuring a smooth hand-off to coaching staff. Responsibilities include prospecting to build a client pipeline, supervising coaches to maintain high-energy workouts and brand standards, handling member concerns, overseeing staff scheduling, and enforcing company policies. Qualifications include sales experience and a background in fitness, hospitality, or retail management; CPR/AED certification is required, and a nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.
