Job Summary
On the floor Fitness Sales Manager role driving Personal Training revenue through Welcome Workouts, follow-up, and confident sales conversations. You’ll close prospects, present PT packages, and upsell dotFIT supplements, while tracking appointments and outcomes in Club OS/ABC. You will hit monthly PT revenue/EFT goals, reactivate past prospects, and engage members on the floor to match goals with the right program, supporting trainers and maintaining a clean, organized sales workspace using company scripts and CRM notes. Requires sales experience, pricing objection handling, strong communication, and availability evenings/weekends. Located at Ronkonkoma, NY; responsible for converting new members into clients and growing the PT program.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience (fitness sales or similar strongly preferred)
- Comfortable presenting pricing and overcoming objections
- Strong phone, text, and in-person communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours
- Organized, disciplined follow-up habits
- Positive, professional, and coachable attitude
