Job Summary
Fitness Sales Manager on-floor role driving Personal Training revenue through Welcome Workouts, follow-up, and sales conversations. Responsible for selling PT packages, upgrades, and supplements, hitting monthly revenue/EFT targets, reactivating past prospects, and maintaining organized follow-up and CRM records. Must present pricing confidently, handle objections, and work evenings/weekends. Supervises trainers indirectly via Regional Manager of Fitness and Personal Training; focuses on converting new members into clients and guiding them into appropriate programs. Daily operations include following sales scripts, updating pacing boards, and maintaining an organized sales workspace in a club environment.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience (fitness sales or similar strongly preferred)
- Comfortable presenting pricing and overcoming objections
- Strong phone, text, and in-person communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours
- Organized, disciplined follow-up habits
- Positive, professional, and coachable attitude
