Fitness Sales Manager Bonus and Commission Opportunity

Fitness Sales Manager drives Personal Training revenue through Welcome Workouts, follow-up, and confident sales conversations; acts as the face of the PT department on the floor, converting new members into clients and guiding them to the right program. Responsibilities include hitting monthly PT revenue and EFT setup goals, presenting PT packages, recommending supplements, tracking appointments in Club OS / ABC, maintaining organized follow-up, reactivating prospects, engaging members on the floor, supporting trainers by handing off clients after a sale, and maintaining a clean sales workspace while following sales scripts and systems. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours. Preferred experience includes selling Personal Training and familiarity with lead management tools like ABC or Club OS.
