Job Summary
Generate new membership sales through consultations, studio tours, and follow-up, converting trial sessions into long-term memberships. Build relationships with prospective and existing members while conducting outbound calls, texts, and emails to leads. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals by promoting additional services and managing client communications. Represent the Stretch Zone brand professionally within the local community. Available to work some evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable asking for the sale and overcoming objections
- Positive, energetic and self-motivated
- Available to work some evenings and weekends

- Experience selling recurring memberships
