Job Summary
Greeting guests with enthusiasm; presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept and conducting studio tours; guiding intros with trainers; selling memberships to support studio growth; following up with prospective clients; handling member concerns professionally; participating in marketing and outreach events; maintaining studio cleanliness per daily checklists; managing phone inquiries and client onboarding forms; collaborating with the Fitness Team to ensure process fulfillment; participating in all relevant OTF training programs; willingness to participate in 1-2 OTF workouts per week; strong customer service, sales, and communication skills; team-oriented mindset; prior sales experience considered a plus; full-time position with health benefits and compensation including hourly pay plus commissions/bonuses.
