Job Summary
Greet every studio visitor with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge while presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers. Answer phones, conduct studio tours, and work hand-in-hand with trainers to guide new members through their first workout. Sell memberships, follow up on prospective clients, and handle member concerns professionally to ensure resolution. Maintain a clean, organized studio environment and participate in marketing and outreach events. This role supports the mission to spread More Life to members and the community within one of the largest independently owned Orangetheory Fitness franchises.
