Fitness Sales Associate

Greet every guest entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge. Present the OTF concept to interested consumers and guide them through their first workout alongside trainers. Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and talking to members, while selling memberships and following up on prospective clients. Handle member concerns professionally to ensure resolution and participate in marketing and outreach events. Maintain a clean and organized studio environment. Weekend availability is required, with morning or evening shifts available.
