The Fitness Sales Associate is key in assisting the Fitness Director with personal training sales and maintaining service quality, requiring strong sales capabilities, a high school diploma, national training certification, and customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of sales experience
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NASM)
- CPR and first aid certification
- Must obtain DRD certification within 60 days of hiring
