Fitness Sales Associate

Execute sales process including lead generation, follow-up, and closing to book appointments and achieve monthly quotas. Conduct facility tours to establish relationships and target individual needs while presenting available services to current or prospective members. Maintain acceptable personal sales production across memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training. Participate in special events such as health fairs, grand openings, and community engagements to promote the club. Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with fluent English communication skills via in-person, phone, and email. Stand or sit for up to eight hours throughout the day, with daily or occasional travel possible.
