Fitness Receptionist

Kings Gym is seeking a Gym Receptionist to oversee the facility on shift. The role involves providing customer service, assisting members with queries and memberships, selling merchandise and upgrading memberships, educating members on equipment use, and actively supervising the gym floor. The receptionist must maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, perform opening/closing procedures for the fitness floor and cardio areas, attend mandatory meetings and training, and promote current facilities and programs as directed by the manager. Strong communication, problem-solving, and adherence to Kings Gym policies are essential; KPIs will be established with the line manager.
