Flexologist position at StretchLab Fairfield involves delivering personalized, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to improve clients’ flexibility and mobility, educating clients on long-term health benefits of stretching, conducting movement assessments, tailoring sessions to individual needs, promoting memberships to support client retention, and maintaining a safe, welcoming studio environment. Ideal candidates have a background in bodywork or movement-based fields (e.g., NASM/ACE/ISSA-certified trainers, PTAs, LMTs, yoga/pilates instructors, kinesiology/exercise science graduates, athletic trainers, or dance coaches) and strong communication/customer-service skills; at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred; punctual, professional, and team-oriented.
