Job Summary
Lead high-intensity exercise classes and activities to improve participants’ fitness, build rapport with members, and provide safe, motivating sessions. Deliver classes per Chuze guidelines with prepared equipment and music, complete onboarding and training materials, maintain gym cleanliness, participate in ongoing education and credential maintenance, engage with the Fitness Manager through feedback and evaluations, communicate with staff, attend department meetings and promotional events, and utilize the Fitness Communication Platform.
