Job Summary
Part-time Fitness Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of Hooke Fitness in Mayfair, manage a team of freelance professionals, support business growth initiatives, and drive an outstanding client experience. Responsibilities include coordinating bookings and payments, supervising staff and contractors, supporting brand growth through sales, marketing and social media content, and ensuring high standards across facilities and client experience. Requires experience in fitness/wellness/hospitality/service operations, strong organizational and administrative skills, leadership ability, excellent communication, and proficiency with Mindbody and digital tools.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing fitness, wellness, hospitality or service-based operations.
- Previous experience and fluency in using Mindbody operational software (essential)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing schedules, bookings or operational systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing people or external contractors.
- Competent with digital systems, such as Microsoft Office and online platforms.
