Job Summary
Lead daily studio operations, recruit and mentor a coaching team, and drive membership sales through consultations and community outreach. Manage inventory, maintain operational standards, and track revenue metrics to achieve growth targets. Deliver exceptional EMS training sessions, resolve member concerns, and build relationships to maximize retention and referrals. Ensure every member receives personalized attention while fostering a positive, accountable culture.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or a customer-focused business
- Strong sales experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve revenue goals
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM systems and following structured sales processes
- Ability to lead by example and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience managing a fitness studio or similar service-based business
- Experience leading teams and managing sales performance
- Bachelor's degree
