Job Summary
Lead daily studio operations, recruit and mentor a coaching team, and manage schedules and inventory to ensure operational excellence. Drive membership growth by conducting consultations, converting prospects, and executing local community outreach while tracking sales metrics. Deliver exceptional EMS personal training sessions, resolve member concerns, and build lasting relationships to maximize retention and referrals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or a customer-focused business
- Strong sales experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve revenue goals
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM systems and following structured sales processes
- Ability to lead by example and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience managing a fitness studio or similar service-based business
- Experience leading teams and managing sales performance
- Bachelor's degree
