Fitness Manager

Lead the UFC GYM fitness department in Honolulu, overseeing Personal Trainers and MMA Coaches to drive private training and supplement revenue, while managing daily operations, staffing, and member service. Recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing team; mentor staff to meet company protocols; collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities to grow engagement and coaching revenue; manage scheduling and timekeeping, address member concerns, and serve as primary liaison between the club and regional offices.
