Job Summary
Fitness Manager (FM) leads a high-performance team of Personal Trainers and MMA Coaches, driving private training and supplement revenue while ensuring a world-class member experience. Responsible for building and mentoring staff, achieving monthly and annual sales and service targets, overseeing daily operations and scheduling, maintaining a productive team culture aligned with UFC GYM values, and serving as the primary link between the club and regional offices on fitness department performance. Requires strong leadership, coaching, sales acumen, and knowledge of fitness revenue metrics; certifications (NASM/ACE) and CPR/AED are required; a High School Diploma or GED is required with a bachelor’s degree being a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in fitness management, sales, or team leadership.
- Certifications: Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, etc.) and CPR/AED certification.
- Skills: Strong communication, time management, and a deep understanding of fitness revenue metrics.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
