Job Summary
Lead the fitness department and coach trainers to deliver exceptional client outcomes while supporting hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of training staff. Manage team performance and ensure successful personal sales execution across the department. Requires a Certified Personal Trainer with leadership experience, CPR/AED certification, and prior management of 5-10+ employees. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current CPR and AED
- Successful personal sales experience
