Fitness Manager - Personal Training Sales- Williston

Job Summary
Provide world-class experiences through fitness consultations, evaluations, and regular check-ins with current customers. Maintain accurate financial profiles for personal training members and drive departmental sales and financial growth. Lead the personal training team by planning, assigning work, appraising performance, and resolving complaints. Uphold facility integrity, deliver excellent customer service, and build business relationships through community involvement. Make decisions regarding membership requests and inquiries while exemplifying Anytime Fitness brand standards. Requires Monday-Thursday 11a-7p and Friday 8a-12p shifts; CPR/AED and Personal Training certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Needs to be able to work from facility
- Needs to be able to work required hours as listed: Monday- Thursday – 11a-7p, Friday – 8a-12p
- Strong communication skills
- Must be coachable
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of health, fitness, and physiology
- Understands the importance of team cohesion
- Must be personable
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university in Exercise Science
- One year of fitness training experience
- CPR/AED Certification
- Current Personal Training Certification (or ability to be certified within 90 days)
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite
- Computer skills required: POS Systems
- Computer skills required: Gym Management Software
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university in Exercise Science (preferred, but not necessary)
- POS Systems (not required but a plus)
- Gym Management Software (not required but a plus)
