Lead a high-performance fitness and MMA coaching team at UFC GYM Waipahu, drive private training and supplement revenue, recruit and onboard Personal Trainers and MMA Coaches, manage scheduling and timekeeping, mentor staff, ensure adherence to company protocols, and partner with leadership to reach monthly and annual revenue and service targets while delivering a world-class member experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification
- Experience in fitness management, sales, or team leadership
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
