Job Summary
The Fitness Manager leads a high-performance team of Personal Trainers and MMA Coaches at UFC GYM, driving private training and supplement revenue while delivering a world-class member experience. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, onboarding, mentoring staff; achieving monthly and annual revenue targets; overseeing staff scheduling and timekeeping; maintaining a productive team culture aligned with UFC GYM values; and serving as the primary liaison between the club and regional offices. Qualifications include current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, etc.) and CPR/AED certification; High School Diploma or GED required, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field a plus. Strong communication, time management, and understanding of fitness revenue metrics are essential.
