Job Summary
Fitness Manager responsible for driving Personal Training revenue through high-quality Welcome Workouts, strong follow-up, and confident sales conversations. Sells PT packages and upgrades, manages EFT growth, and promotes dotFIT supplementation while coordinating with the Regional Manager of Personal Training. On the floor, the role acts as the face of the PT department, converting new members into clients and guiding them to the right program; duties include following company sales scripts, updating CRM notes, tracking appointments, and maintaining an organized sales workflow to achieve monthly PT revenue and EFT goals.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience (fitness sales or similar strongly preferred)
- Comfortable presenting pricing and overcoming objections
- Strong phone, text, and in-person communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours
- Organized, disciplined follow-up habits
- Positive, professional, and coachable attitude
